Before doing anything, I watch. I create accounts, request demos, test competitors. I ask questions that sound stupid until the answer reveals something nobody noticed.

Once I see the problem, I draw it. Flows, maps, positioning frameworks. When everyone can see what's broken, fixing it gets easier.

Craft

Then I build. Strategy, campaigns, systems, copy — whatever the situation needs. Design, micro-copy — these aren't finishing touches.

Operate

I make it run. And I document it so it survives without me. The only thing worse than chaos is repeating it.
